The advancement of science has always evolved in tandem with the dynamics of human civilization. As we enter the 21st century, the world is undergoing a massive digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not merely a technological innovation; it represents a transformation in how humans interact with information. An AI-driven mixed-methods approach enables the systematic analysis of large-scale quantitative data, which can then be explored in greater depth through qualitative interviews or observations. This study employs a systematic literature review combined with a critical-conceptual analysis. The findings indicate that AI-driven mixed-methods research constitutes a new paradigm in the fields of social science and education. This integration expands analytical capacity, strengthens data triangulation, and enhances the precision of scientific decision-making. Nevertheless, AI does not replace the human role as the primary epistemic subject. This paradigm demands conceptual, methodological, and ethical preparedness; researchers must master the technology while simultaneously upholding scientific integrity. Thus, an AI-driven mixed-methods approach serves as a means to deepen the understanding of social and educational realities, rather than simply accelerating the analytical process.
